AZ BARC is committed to maintaining the privacy of the personally identifiable information you share with us over the Site. We and our third-party vendors may collect certain information regarding your use of the Site when you provide your contact information via the Site or otherwise interact with the Site. This information may include your first and last name, your address, email address and any additional information you provide via the Site.
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may also use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain technical information regarding your use of the Site, such as your device(s), browser type, connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, Wi-Fi connection information and IP address.

AZ BARC may use this information we gather from you to: (1) to communicate with you; (2) personalize, customize, measure, and improve our services, content, and advertising; (3) prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities or a breach of the applicable agreement(s) between you and AZ BARC; (4) analyze the accuracy, effectiveness, usability, or popularity of the Site; (5) generate and review reports and data about AZ BARC’s user base and service usage patterns; (6) compile aggregate data for internal and external business purposes; (7) resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems; (8) fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; and (9) carry out our obligations and enforce our rights.
AZ BARC may disclose the information we collect from you to the following third parties to the extent necessary to provide and improve web services or other communications to users:
Service Providers. AZ BARC may share your information with third-party contractors, agents, collaborators, or service providers who provide certain services to AZ BARC or on AZ BARC’s behalf, such as operating and supporting the Site.
Affiliates. AZ BARC may share some or all of your information with AZ BARC’s parent company, Partnership for Economic Innovation, and its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates under common control with AZ BARC. We prohibit any affiliates who receive user information for this purpose from using or sharing user information for any purpose other than providing services for the benefit of our users.
Aggregate Information. AZ BARC may share aggregate usage information relating to visitors of the Site with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties. For example, AZ BARC uses Google Analytics to generate reports on site usage, web traffic, user behavior and interests in order to improve the Site experience for users. While this information will not identify you personally, in some instances third parties may be able to combine this information with other data they have about you, or that they receive from third parties, in a manner that allows them to associate this aggregated data with your personal data.
Legal Requirements. AZ BARC may also share your information to third parties in circumstances where we believe that doing so is necessary or appropriate to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect our rights and safety and the rights and safety of our users or others.
Sale or Transfer of Assets. AZ BARC may share your information with a successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other disposition of some or all of AZ BARC's assets.
Users who have subscribed to AZ BARC communications may “opt out” at any time by following “Manage Preferences” instructions in e-mails we send to you, or by following “block” instructions to remove your contact information and prevent the email list from adding your name again.
AZ BARC takes reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to AZ BARC or submit through the Site against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, AZ BARC cannot guarantee or warrant the security or privacy of any information you transmit to AZ BARC or submit through the Site and you do so at your own risk.
